Success with weight loss is so much more about WHAT we eat and HOW we exercise than it is about the calorie. It’s also about when we eat, the support we have, our mindset, stress levels and so much more.
This is what we will be addressing in this Weight Loss & Nutrition Workshop. We want to address the WHOLE picture of weight loss with you so that you can experience results and feel good about it!

This workshop will be led by our Certified Health Coach Kim Peterson! Kim Peterson is a Health Coach and holistic health expert. She has been enthusiastic about natural health for the past 30+ years exploring the best vegetable recipes, raising healthy kids, and aging with energy and vitality (she's the most energetic grandma around!). And yet her true talents come out as a life coach sharing her wisdom and motivation with everyone around her.
