Functional Labs Consultation
New Client, Full Session
1 hour @ US$80.00, By phone, Online/Video chat
Are you looking for a health plan designed just for you? In this Functional Labs Consultation we will be reviewing your blood work assessing it with functional medicine ranges, which can vary drastically to medical ranges. This is because standard medical ranges are looking for levels that will identify disease. With functional ranges we are looking at the ranges that are ideal for feeling good! We don’t want to simply avoid disease…we want to help you feel amazing!
Functional lab readings will also help identify root causes, so we’re able to get to the root of why you’re not feeling well instead of chasing symptoms.
In this session we will review your health history, blood work/labs and create plan just for you focusing on dietary preferences, supplements and additional modality recommendations to support your health (costs not included in consultation price).
Expectations:
It will take 1 month minimum for every year you have felt unwell to restore balance
Supplements are necessary; they each have a role; expect around $200-$400 dollars worth of supplements per month
Full Session Includes:
A review of your health history, signs/symptoms, assessments, red flags from labs and/or blood work (must be uploaded before consult) (this will not include a line by line review of labs)
Virtual energy testing to discover your bodies root cause and current top needs/priorities - i.e. common dietary food sensitivities, potential for pathogens, virus, infections, heavy metals, organ stress, etc.
A personalized health protocol based on consult findings, including supplement plan with dosing, main food sensitivities, health modalities and lifestyle habits
I will email you intake forms after your booking is confirmed. Please fill these out prior to your appointment and upload any blood work or labs to your account. If you would like to order blood work, you can do so here. We would recommend getting this done at least a week or two before your appointment.
