Light Therapy for Peptide and Stem Cell Activation
Have you heard of photobiomodulation before? It's a fancy word for something you experience daily. It's basically light therapy. You know how your skin is exposed to the sun and which activates the conversion of Vitamin D its active form. That's photobiomodulation. Red light therapy is another form.
Well, there is a new technology that utilizes photobiomodulation via patches you wear on the skin.
They are Lifewave Patches that stimulate Peptide and Stem Cell Activity. They are non-transdermal so it is not putting anything into your body. Instead it is utilizing the heat/light via your body to reflect back specific wavelengths of light to stimulate peptide production.
Each patch activates a different peptide. The main one being GHK-Cu Copper Peptide. This is known as the anti-aging peptide. It plays a role in production of collagen, has anti-inflammatory and tissue remodeling properties, promotes skin remodeling, wound healing and regeneration, and has prominent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects in in vitro and in vivo studies. GHK-Cu has also been shown to play a major role in production of stem cells in our body.
Stem Cells are the Master Healing Cells in your body, these stem cells can go to the place in the body that they are needed most. Studies show we lose half of our Stem Cells by the time we are 30 and over 80-90 % by the time we are 60. What is Phototherapy?
The science of phototherapy, which has been around for about 100 years, uses light to improve the health of the body.
