In this 30 minute class we will experience a full body awareness workout, using breathing, stretching, and muscle strengthening. This workout is excellent for weight loss, joint and muscle pain, improving energy and to enhance your overall fitness. The human body has over 600 muscles that allow it to function properly. Our health is our greatest asset and our body is an elaborate fine-tuned machine. We will start from the fingers and work to the toes moving, stretching, strengthening and awakening every muscle. We will use aromatherapy to enhance our work out and talk nutrition to keep the inside of the body moving as well.
