Starting May 1st, we’ll do a video each morning and we will check in on ZOOM once a week. I will give exercises and meal/recipes each day. We will meet in the park or on the trails if we can and do some social distancing walking and work outs. You will set goals for yourself and we will help you achieve those goals! Let's do this!!!
